Summary of Position: The dishwasher keeps the kitchen in good sanitary condition (ie: mops floors, runs dishwasher, and cleans walls, coolers and equipment) Sets up adequate supply of clean dishes and cutlery for each outlet and for any special functions being serviced by the hotel. Assists in daily operations related to food and beverage prodcuts. Responsible for lifting up to 50 lbs.

Own transportation to and from work - public transportation is not available

Primary Duties:
Operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, scour pots and pans
Operate pot-washing machine
Clean and polish silverware
Clean and sanitize items such as dishwaher mats, carts and waste disposal units
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Remove kitchen garbage and trash
Sweep and mop floors
Job Types: Full time and part time available
