Job Description:
As a Wake up DoubleTree Breakfast™ Server at The Hollis Halifax – a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton you will be integral to our guest experience. Achieving memorable and positive interactions on a daily basis.
• Responsible for opening and closing duties
• Greeting and seating guests, taking food & beverage orders and providing menu suggestions Maintaining restaurant cleanliness standards
• Settling checks with customers, receiving and processing payments
• Execution of the “Wake Up DoubleTree” breakfast buffet program
• Clear and concise pass-on communication with colleagues and leaders in the department
• Contribute to achieving the loyalty of our guests by exceeding their expectations and providing warm personal service
• Working closely with other departments to ensure exceptional service
• Focus on consistent delivery of Hilton’s Vision, Mission, and Values

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts inclusive of mornings, weekends and holidays

• Must possess the skills to quickly, tactfully resolve and defuse guest and/or employee concerns and ensure the appropriate follow up is carried out
• Proven ability to effectively handle stressful situations, be receptive to change and increased demands
