We are hiring LINE COOKS, PREP COOKS AND DISHWASHERS

To be a Line Cook at The Bicycle Thief, you must have at least 3 years’ experience that clearly demonstrates your ability to prepare quality menu items to a consistently high standard in very busy restaurant operations. Knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine is considered an asset. We value new team members who have an extraordinary passion for food and who take pride in producing quality. As a Prep Cook, you must have experience making pasta and be must be proficient using a knife as well as preparing sauces. Primary responsibility will be pasta making, along with other prep and line duties as needed. You must have kitchen experience that clearly demonstrates your ability to prepare quality menu items to a consistently high standard in very busy restaurant operations. Knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine is considered an asset.
As Dishwasher, you must be highly energetic, unafraid of physically demanding work handling food waste and lots of soap and water, while also being highly conscientious about the safe handling of breakables.
