We are currently looking for an In-Room Dining Server The main functions of the In Room Dining server are to deliver In Room Dining orders to rooms, deliver amenities to rooms when required as well as retrieve used dishes and trays from the rooms/ hallways and service areas. Server must provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service.   QUALIFICATIONS:   High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Serving experience preferred. Responsible beverage certification preferred. Long hours sometimes required. Good wine knowledge helpful. Knowledge of sanitation policies required.   DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:   Complete all side-work and cleaning duties as described in the SOPs. Have full knowledge of entire menu, as well as daily specials, desserts, etc. Take orders from Service Express in a presentable and timely manner to the guest rooms. Deliver amenities to guests upon request. Provide attentive service, focusing on guests’ needs. Have guests sign their bill and return to Service Express agent. Make coffee, espresso, tea, juice and toast. Keep IRD workstations clean at all times. Clear all trays from guestroom floors and service areas when possible.
