The Holiday Inn Harbourview is located Dartmouth near the MacDonald Bridge. It’s a full service 196 room hotel and convention center, and we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our busy and professional team.
As a Night Auditor, your main duties will be to:
- Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest folios, and house accounts.
- Prepare reports on daily revenue and adjustments
- Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports
- Be responsible for balancing cash floats
- Settle and transmit credit card batches
- Perform all Guest Service Representative functions such as answering phone calls, making reservations, checking in, checking out, assisting guests as needed, among other duties
The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in a hotel or customer service environment, be able to demonstrate initiative, and be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with.
