Comfort Hotel Bayer's Lake is looking for a full time Room Attendant. Responsibilities include: • Cleaning and replenishing all areas of guest rooms per hotel/brand standards • Preparing rooms for guest arrival and responding to special guest requests • Maintaining linen rooms, housekeeping closets and stocking carts • Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities and other amenities • Welcoming all guests according to company/brand standards. • Listening and responding to guests’ requests or concerns and taking action • Demonstrates teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed • Consistently practices guest and associate privacy and security • Other duties as assigned by supervisor Experience, Skills & Educational Requirements: • Good verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented and well organized • Able to work independently • Must be able to bend, extend arm reach over head, kneel and stand for long periods of time • Must be able to lift 20 lbs • Must be able to push, pull and maneuver a fully stocked cart • Available for work weekdays, weekends and holidays • Previous cleaning or hotel-related experience an asset | ||||||||||||||
