Flexible to work shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Motivated, career-oriented individual who thrives as part of a creative culinary team.
· Proven ability to work in high-quality, fast-paced, and demanding kitchen operation.
· Able to work with minimal supervision.
· Minimum 1 year of line and banquet service experience.
· Registered Apprentice an assest.
· Production of daily soups, sauces, vegetables and restaurant specials.
