Must be able to ensure service standards are maintained through proper set ups and attention to detail of each and every catering contract.
 
Must be able to assist with staff training and ensuring all to be detail specific, engage in creating excelelnt customer service resulting in a well developed service team.  
 
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, primary shift will be breakfast service.
Must be career and service-oriented, motivated, and display initiative.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player, outgoing, and energetic.
