Part Time GSA required. Position may lead into fulltime
~Position Summary:
*registers and processes guests promptly upon arrival
*reviews reservations and assigns rooms based upon availability, special requests, and hotel promotions
*assures guest satisfaction
*answers phones and questions as asked by the guest
*provide outstanding customer services
Required Skills & Experience:
*must have strong customer service and communication skills
*ability to handle complaints and requests a must
*professional appearance needed
*must be able to work a flexible schedule(days or evenings) including weekends and holidays
*cash control experience needed
*basic computer skills needed
*Drivers licenses an asset |
