Position Overview Housekeeping suite attendants provide the comfort of guests in hotels by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented. Our suite attendants promote a positive image of the property to guests, and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests. These positions will begin work in May. Major Responsibilities : Meets and exceeds customer and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can service and team work Making of beds and change sheets Vacuum, clean, dust and polish guest rooms Clean bathroom area; remove and replace use towels and toiletries Responsible for maintaining supply cart and vacuum cleaner Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets) as required Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests Knowledge and Skills: A secondary school diploma is preferred Previous experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and high-energy individual Physical mobility and stamina required Ability to perform routine work Capability to multi-task and work independently Good organizational skills Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is an asset If you are interested in this opportunity, please send resume to kebrahim@radissonahalifax.com or fax (902) 429-9700. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
