 Candidates must:

§        Be mature, well-groomed, professional

§        Be able to work independently

§        Have proven guest service abilities

§        Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

§        Be organized, self-motivated; demonstrate service initiative

§        Be available to work ‘back-shift’: 11pm – 7am, including weekends and holidays

§        Have Grade 12 mathematics

§        Be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of guest services
