Responsibilities
Must be available to work shift work, including evenings, weekends and holidays
The candidate will be responsible for overall cleanliness of the hotel and the supervision of work carried out by Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants and Housepersons.
Ability to develop supervisory skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Room Attendant Certification required
Proven experience in leading, managing and supervising a team of employees.
Proven record of training and devleopment of a productive department team.
Assist in the hiring process.
Responsibile for linen and guest supplies inventory.
Must have strong technical ability; experience with various computer programs including Microsoft Office required. |
