Guest Services Manager
Cambridge Suites Hotel has an exciting career opportunity for a Guest Services Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a history of consistently meeting and exceeding expectations in all goals and responsibilities of present and previous positions held. This position requires an individual with proven leadership, coaching and training ability. A minimum of two years Guest Services experience in a Management or Senior Supervisory Role is a minimum mandatory requirement for candidacy consideration. Experience in working under pressure, meeting tight timelines while making decisions which result in the maximization of guest services is a requirement.

Skills required for success are professionalism, strong team leader and team player skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confidence and responsibility, with an ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
