Duties Include:
Answer telephone on busy switchboard
General office duties such as photocopier, ordering supplies, sending and receiving faxes
Send and respond to various inquiries via email
Handle and respond to guest comments
Take and monitor all types of reservations (dining and event)
Closing duties as required (locking of building, securing doors, windows, trash removal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel useful
Assist General Manager with marketing as required
Reports directly to the General Manager
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Read, write and speak English
Experience in a similar industry preferred
Must be able to easily lift 10 pounds
A high level of energy is required to perform this job well
Hours of work:
- 42-45 hours per week. Will vary weekly depending on business levels.
- Hourly rate: will depend on experience
- Parking available for $6.50 per day
- Daily Attire not provided, Business casual required(dress pants or skirt, dress shirt)
