Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared efficiently and to the highest quality.
Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Able to address dietary concerns.
Requirements
Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation and cooking roles.
Strong management and leadership skills with experience guiding a team in a restaurant setting.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
